After successful registration, the system will send a confirmation email that records the creation of the account and your chosen username. You can change your password at any time. If you forget your password and cannot log in, you can resolve this issue by clicking on the "forgot password" link.

We advise you to provide a phone number and email address where the courier service and tuftingvilag.hu staff can contact you. Order

Order

The selection of products in the online store is available by clicking on the product or its name on the homepage. The purchase price is always the amount listed next to the selected product, which includes the value-added tax (VAT) applicable to the product category at the time of purchase, as determined by the applicable legal regulations. The product prices do not include shipping costs.

Tuftingvilag.hu reserves the right to change the prices of the products available on the website, with the changes becoming effective upon their publication on the website.

We strive to ensure that the product images displayed are realistic and accurate representations of the product's features. Please note that there may be slight differences in the colors of the products, which may be due to how your device displays them.

After selecting the product you wish to order, you can add it to your cart by clicking on the "Add to Cart" icon. If you have added multiple products to your cart and ultimately do not wish to order all of them, you have the option to remove them from the cart.

You can view your assembled order by clicking on the "Cart" icon at the top of the page. In the event that, despite Tuftingvilag.hu's best efforts, an incorrect price is displayed in the online store, especially in the case of an obvious error, the Service Provider is not obliged to deliver the product at the incorrect price but may offer to deliver it at the correct price, in which case you can cancel your purchase decision.

The order is accepted by the Service Provider through the website once you have completed all the required fields for the order.

On the payment page, you will see the total amount of the order, which also includes the shipping cost. The Service Provider is not liable for any shipping delays or other issues caused by incorrect and/or inaccurate order details provided by you.

To place the order, you must read and accept these T&C, which must be confirmed to the Merchant (by selecting a checkbox).

After receiving your purchase offer (order), the Service Provider is obliged to confirm the purchase to you electronically (via email). If this confirmation does not arrive within 72 hours of sending the offer, the binding nature of the offer between the Parties and any obligations on your part will automatically expire without further conditions.

A valid contract is concluded upon the arrival of the confirmation email. The confirmation email contains the data provided during registration or as a guest, the order details, the ordered product details, the order number, and any comments related to the order, as well as the chosen payment and delivery methods. If the confirmation email does not arrive in your inbox, please notify us so that we can resolve the issue. The absence of the confirmation may be due to a misspelled email address, a full mailbox, or a system error. If you notice an error in the confirmation email, please notify us immediately. If you have placed the order but wish to modify its content, please contact us using the provided contact details, and the package can be modified before contract fulfillment.

If you wish to cancel your order — and fulfillment has not yet occurred — please inform our customer service within one working day. Please have your order number ready. If the cancellation occurs after invoicing and shipping, the shipping cost will be borne by you.

Product Warranty

Product Warranty

In the event of a product defect, you can exercise your rights or claims under product warranty as specified in section 5 - Orders.

Product Warranty Claim:

Under product warranty, you can only request the repair or replacement of a defective product. A product is considered defective if it does not meet the quality requirements in effect at the time it was put on the market, or if it does not have the properties described by the manufacturer.

You may exercise your product warranty claim within 1 year from the date the product was put on the market by the manufacturer. After this period, you lose your right to make a claim.

Product warranty claims can only be made against the manufacturer or distributor of the movable property. You are required to prove the defect of the product when making a product warranty claim.

Please note that you cannot make both a warranty claim and a product warranty claim simultaneously for the same defect. However, if your product warranty claim is successful, you may still assert a warranty claim for the replacement or repaired part against the manufacturer.

Warranty

Warranty

In the event of defective performance, the Merchant is obligated to provide a warranty under this agreement. The warranty period is 3 days from the date of delivery of the product to you, in accordance with the withdrawal period.

The warranty does not cover defects that arise after the product has been delivered to you, such as those caused by improper use, neglect of the instructions in the user manual, incorrect storage, mishandling, damage, natural disasters, or other external causes.

In the case of a defect covered by the warranty, you may primarily choose – at your discretion – either repair or replacement, unless fulfilling your chosen warranty request is impossible or results in disproportionate additional costs compared to fulfilling the other warranty request. If neither repair nor replacement is possible, or if the Merchant does not undertake repair or replacement, or cannot fulfill this obligation within the specified timeframe without causing significant inconvenience to the consumer, the consumer may choose to either request a reasonable price reduction or withdraw from the contract.

Withdrawal is not applicable for minor defects.

If you assert a replacement request within three (3) working days of detecting the defect after receiving the product, the Merchant cannot claim disproportionate additional costs and is obliged to replace the product, provided that the defect impedes its intended use. Repair or replacement must be carried out within a reasonable timeframe, considering the product’s characteristics and the expected use by the consumer, and without causing significant inconvenience to the consumer. The Merchant should aim to complete the repair or replacement within fifteen days.

The costs related to fulfilling the warranty obligations and restoring the product to its contractual condition – including but not limited to material, labor, and shipping costs – are the responsibility of the Merchant.

The warranty does not affect the consumer's legal rights based on the law, including especially warranty and compensation rights. To assert a warranty claim, the consumer must provide proof of the consumer contract by presenting a receipt of payment. Upon notification of a quality complaint, the Merchant is required, under section 4 of Government Decree 19/2014 (IV. 29.) on the procedural rules for handling warranty and guarantee claims in consumer contracts, to take minutes and provide a copy to the consumer promptly and in a verifiable manner. The minutes must include the following information: the consumer’s name and address, and a statement of consent to the handling of the data recorded in the minutes as specified in the decree; the product name and purchase price; the date of purchase; the date of defect notification; a description of the defect; the claim the consumer wishes to assert based on the warranty or guarantee; and the method of addressing the complaint. Please note that you cannot assert both a product warranty claim and a warranty claim for the same defect simultaneously. However, you are entitled to the rights arising from the warranty.

Information on Right of Withdrawal and its Exercise Procedure

Right of Withdrawal and Procedure

According to Government Decree 45/2014 (II.26) on the detailed rules of consumer contracts, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 working days from the receipt of the ordered product and return it.

The right of withdrawal expires 14 days after the day on which you or a third party, designated by you and different from the carrier, receives the goods. If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must send a clear statement of your withdrawal intention to the Service Provider in writing by post or via email. You will be considered to have exercised your right of withdrawal within the deadline if you send your withdrawal notice before the expiry of the 14-day period. The statement must include the purchased product, invoice details, the gross total amount, and the reason for withdrawal.

We advise our customers that the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised in a way that would be in violation of the prohibition on abuse of rights. Accordingly, you may only lawfully exercise your right of withdrawal if you return the purchased products in their original packaging, undamaged, along with the invoice that came with the package.

We will only refund the full purchase price if all the ordered and received products are returned in full.

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, excluding the portion of the shipping cost that you are responsible for, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the receipt of your withdrawal notice.

We will use the same payment method for the refund as you used in the original transaction, unless you explicitly agree to a different payment method; this will not incur any additional costs for you.

The refund can be withheld until we have received the product, or you have provided evidence that you have sent it back, whichever occurs earlier.

You are obliged to return the product without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the submission of your withdrawal notice. The deadline will be considered met if you send the product before the 14-day period expires.

Please return the ordered product in its original condition, along with the invoice or a copy of it, and your bank account number for the refund, via postal mail or by courier to the following address: 2363 Felsőpakony, József Attila utca 33. You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the product.

Course and Workshop Cancellation and Modifications

The Participant can cancel their participation in the course in writing no later than 7 days before the start of the course. In this case, 100% of the paid fee will be refunded.

If the Participant cancels within 7-3 days before the course, 50% of the paid fee will be refunded, or if the fee has not yet been paid, the Participant is obligated to pay 50% of the participation fee.

If the Participant cancels within 3 days before the course, no refund will be possible.

If the Participant has not paid yet (in the case of cash payment), they are still obligated to pay the participation fee in case of cancellation.

The organizer reserves the right to modify the course date or location, and the Participant must be informed at least 48 hours in advance.

If the course is canceled due to the organizer's fault, the Participant may choose between a full refund or participation in a new date.
