Multi Oil Spray

• The US-88 Multispray is excellent for maintenance and lubrication of tufting and carpet cutting machines. Tufting machines process large quantities of fabric, and proper lubrication and maintenance are essential for smooth operation and extending the machine's lifespan.

• The special formula quickly and effectively removes dirt and corrosion while providing protection against oxidation.

• Cleaning the machine: Before starting maintenance, ensure that the tufting machine is clean and free of any fabric residues or contaminants. Use a dry cloth or air to remove fabric residues.

• Thorough lubrication: Spray a small amount of US-88 Multispray on all moving parts, such as sliding plates, needles, and bearings. Ensure the spray evenly covers the surfaces and allow time for the lubricant to penetrate into the mechanisms.

• Detailed maintenance: If necessary, remove machine components such as needles or sliding plates and clean them thoroughly. Then apply a small amount of US-88 Multispray to the components before reinstalling them in the machine.

• Inspection and testing: After completing maintenance and lubrication, ensure that the tufting machine operates correctly. Test the machine by creating a few test pieces and observe for any unusual sounds or operational issues.

• Regular maintenance: It is important to regularly perform tufting machine maintenance and lubrication for optimal operation. Monitor the machine and apply US-88 Multispray as needed to preserve the machine's efficiency and long lifespan.

Lint Remover

• Also known as a fabric shaver, the lint remover helps easily collect fuzz generated during carpet making and cutting, giving a cleaner and neater appearance to the carpet.

Precautions:

• Initially use at a 10° angle, then slowly rub to determine if it is suitable for use on clothing.
• Cannot be used on wool carpets/clothing as it can cause pilling and tearing. For cleaning and combing wool carpets/clothing, use a designated carpet comb.
• How to use:

Preparation: First, place the carpet on a smooth and flat surface. Before shrinking, it is recommended to comb the carpet with a specially designed heavy duty carpet comb, which removes improperly glued threads and gives our carpet a soft, brushed appearance. Shrink the fluff: After combing, slide the fluff shaver evenly and gently across the surface of the carpet. Pay attention to holding the right angle and pressure. Do not press too hard! Regulate the pressure to prevent damage to the carpet/clothes. Hold the scratcher in one hand, at about 45° angle, and gently brush until the carpet/clothing is clean. Cleaning: Collect and remove fluff and threads generated during cutting, giving the fabric a cleaner and neater appearance.
