Due to the size of the tufting frame, the package cannot be sent to a parcel point or locker, as its dimensions exceed the limits of what can be accommodated there. Therefore, only personal pickup or home delivery is available.

Tufting Frame and 2 Clamps

Our frame is made of high-quality planed boards, 10 cm wide and 2 cm thick, ensuring long life and stability.
Densely placed and carefully selected nails ensure proper canvas tension.

Easy Assembly
The frame is easy to assemble, even under home conditions. The package includes all necessary parts so you can assemble it quickly and easily.

For home assembly, you'll need: A size 3 drill bit to tighten the 4.5 screws that go with the corner irons

Corner irons

Latex Glue and Polypropylene Backing Mesh

Liquid consistency, advantageous for easy application and spreading. After drying, it becomes completely transparent, thus not affecting the results of painting or other surface treatments. Provides strong bonding, ideal for carpet making or other textile projects. Use of polypropylene backing mesh is recommended.

Application:

Spread the polypropylene backing mesh over the carpet horizontally when applying latex or attach it tightly to the backing cloth if applying vertically. Apply latex evenly over the entire surface of the carpet, horizontally or vertically, with even pressure to ensure proper distribution. Avoid applying too much pressure to prevent deep penetration of adhesive into the yarn.

Drying:

Allow drying for approximately 12 hours in sunlight or 18 hours in indoor environments.

Trimming Scissors

Trimming scissors are made of extremely durable steel, ensuring long life and capable of handling daily use demands. The built-in spring mechanism makes them easy and efficient to work with, minimizing hand fatigue and increasing work efficiency. Easily cut yarn threads, comfortably fitting in the palm due to their small size.

Yarn Ball Winder - Red (if out of stock, then turquoise)

For winding or coiling yarn to make it easier to handle and prevent tangling. Quickly and efficiently wind balls of yarn.

Multi Oil Spray

US-88 Multispray is excellent for maintaining and lubricating tufting and carpet trimming machines. Tufting machines handle large quantities of fabric, and proper lubrication and maintenance are essential for smooth operation and extending machine life.

The special formula quickly and effectively removes dirt and corrosion while providing protection against oxidation.

Clean the machine: Before starting maintenance, ensure the tufting machine is clean and free from fabric remnants or dirt. Use a dry cloth or air to remove fabric remnants.

Thorough lubrication: Spray a small amount of US-88 Multispray on all moving parts, such as sliding plates, needles, and bearings. Ensure the spray evenly covers the surfaces and allow time for the lubricant to penetrate the mechanisms.

Detailed maintenance: If necessary, remove machine parts such as needles or sliding plates and clean them thoroughly. Then apply a small amount of US-88 Multispray to the parts before reassembling them into the machine.

Check and test: Once you have completed maintenance and lubrication, ensure the tufting machine operates correctly. Test the machine by creating a few trial pieces and observe for any unusual sounds or operational issues.

Regular maintenance: It's important to regularly perform tufting machine maintenance and lubrication for optimal operation. Keep an eye on the machine and apply US-88 Multispray as needed to maintain machine efficiency and longevity.

Valved Dust Mask - FFP3 Dust Mask with Valve

When trimming carpets, small yarns, sprayed carpet fibers, or other particles can pose potential health risks, especially for those sensitive to respiratory irritation or allergies. It's always recommended to wear respiratory protection during trimming, especially a type of mask that prevents fine particles from entering the airways.

Lint Remover

The lint remover (also known as a fabric shaver) helps easily collect lint generated during carpet making and cutting from the surface of our carpet, providing a cleaner and more organized appearance.

Precautions:

Initially use at a 10° angle, then gently scrape to determine suitability for use on clothes.
Cannot be used on wool carpets/clothing as it may cause pilling and tearing. Use a carpet comb designed for wool carpets/clothing for cleaning and combing.

How to use?

Preparation: First, place the carpet on a smooth and flat surface.
Before pulling together, it is recommended to comb the carpet with a specially designed, solid carpet comb that removes unglued threads and gives a soft, combed appearance to our carpet.
Pull the lint together: After combing, evenly and gently pull the lint together on the surface of the carpet. Pay attention to holding the correct angle and the pressure strength. Do not press too hard! Adjust the pressure to prevent damage to carpets/clothing. Hold the scraper in one hand at about a 45° angle and gently comb until the carpet/clothing is clean.
Cleaning: Collect and remove the lint and threads generated during cutting, giving the textile a cleaner and more organized appearance.
