Join our rug tufting workshops, where in an inspiring environment you can create your own soft, custom-designed rug in just a few hours. You’ll make a rug approximately 60 × 60 cm, choosing from 104 different shades of acrylic tufting yarn.

After a short heat gun drying process, we remove your piece from the frame, and you’ll trim it into its final shape – then it’s ready to take home!

If you’d like, you can leave your rug with us for an additional fee, and we’ll further refine it by enhancing the depth and sharpening the lines. You can later pick it up in person at our shop or have it delivered to you by post.

No prior experience or special skills are needed – our workshops are open to everyone, from beginners to advanced creators.
We provide all the tools, so all you have to do is show up and enjoy the experience!

Tufting Workshop

The workshop takes place on weekends, starting at 12:00 PM and ending around 5:00 PM in Budapest, at Hungary’s first tufting studio (1188 Budapest, Dózsa György utca 1/B), on the scheduled dates.
You can choose to have your design pre-drawn using a projector, or you can draw it yourself on-site.
You’ll be able to choose from 104 different colors of acrylic tufting yarn.
During the workshop, you’ll tuft your rug by placing dense rows to achieve a high-quality final result.
The process includes applying latex adhesive, adding a non-slip felt backing, and using a heat gun to speed up drying.
Once dry, your rug will be removed from the frame, trimmed to shape by you, and ready to take home.

Optional trimming:
If you’d like, you can leave your rug with us for additional refinement for an extra fee (+10,000 HUF). We will enhance the depth and sharpen the lines for a more polished finish.
Estimated completion time in this case is approximately 2 weeks.

You can pick up your finished piece in person at our shop, or we can ship it to you upon request.

Of course, we will assist you throughout the entire process and answer any questions that arise.
